With their joint ‘Employer Attractiveness Analysis’ offering, Hamburg-based mylogconsult GmbH and Düsseldorf-based DTO are strengthening their strategic partnership. The analysis gives companies greater transparency and clear recommendations for improving their positioning as employers. A panel survey of selected target groups of applicants examines perceived employer characteristics, employer awareness and image factors.
