Her strategic mindset and leadership quickly advanced her to senior management, where she headed Human Resources and Marketing for three years. In 2024, she became Managing Director of DTO Consulting GmbH, shaping the company's vision and driving its growth.

During this time, he has managed numerous international market research and consulting projects ranging from the automotive industry to mechanical and plant engineering to heavy industry projects. In addition, his management role at DTO as procurator supports the company in strategic orientation operations.

Having studied economics, she combines her theoretical knowledge of finance, management and production, with her experience from very technical projects.
